Black Instrumental Anxiety is a sound and sculpture piece, consisting of stage stairs, sound shakers (buttkickers), and beer bottles that rattle and shake for no apparent reason.
The work was first shown at the Swiss Off-site Pavilion, 53rd Venice Biennial, later at Hezi Cohen Gallery, Tel Aviv (all in 2011), Musraramix Festival (2013), Jerusalem, and included in Wilds Ago: Phantoms of Youth from the Haaretz Collection, Minus 1 Tel Aviv (2020).
